Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from MotherBoarded, operated by The Uniquery, LLC.

Digital products are final sale

All MotherBoarded products are digital products delivered electronically.

Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable files, resources, templates, guides, workbooks, or other digital materials after purchase, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You’re purchasing a digital product.
• Nothing will be physically shipped.
• Access may be provided immediately through a download page, email, customer account, access link, or a combination of these methods.
• You lose the ability to return the product once access has been provided.
• You’re responsible for reviewing the product description and any listed technical requirements before purchasing.

Refunds won’t be provided because:

• You changed your mind.
• You decided not to use the product.
• You no longer have time to complete it.
• You expected information, services, features, or personal support that weren’t included in the product description.
• You purchased a product without reviewing its description or requirements.
• You don’t have the required software, account, device, or internet access needed to use it.
• You found a similar product elsewhere.
• You didn’t achieve a particular personal, business, financial, or sales result.

Duplicate charges and delivery problems

Please email ash@motherboarded.com if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received the wrong product.
• A file appears damaged or corrupted.
• Your download or access link doesn’t work.
• You didn’t receive your purchase after checking the email address used at checkout, along with your spam, promotions, and junk folders.

Please include:

• Your name
• The email address used at checkout
• The product purchased
• The approximate purchase date
• A brief description of the problem

We’ll make a reasonable effort to correct legitimate access or delivery problems.

A technical issue that can be corrected by resending, replacing, or restoring access doesn’t automatically qualify for a refund.

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded to the original payment method.

Unauthorized purchases

If you believe your payment information was used without your permission, contact ash@motherboarded.com promptly and contact your bank or payment provider.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that can’t legally be waived.
