These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MotherBoarded website, digital products, downloads, templates, workbooks, guides, resources, emails, and related services.

MotherBoarded is operated by The Uniquery, LLC, referred to in these Terms as “MotherBoarded,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, downloading materials, or using our content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, don’t purchase or use the products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase from or use MotherBoarded.

By making a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the selected payment method.

2. Digital products

MotherBoarded sells digital educational products, which may include:

  • Guides
  • Playbooks
  • Workbooks
  • Templates
  • Checklists
  • Worksheets
  • Prompts
  • Videos
  • Audio files
  • Access documents
  • Online resources
  • Other downloadable or electronically delivered content

Nothing will be physically shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Product descriptions explain what is included. Please review the full description and any listed requirements before purchasing.

3. Personal business-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal learning and your own business.

You may:

  • Read and complete the product.
  • Print a reasonable number of copies for your own use.
  • Apply the strategies, instructions, worksheets, and templates to your own business.
  • Customize permitted templates for your own internal business use.

You may not:

  • Share your download link, or files with another person.
  • Copy or distribute the product to friends, clients, team members, groups, students, or online communities.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, upload, publish, or give away any portion of the product.
  • Upload the product to a shared drive, membership, course, marketplace, file-sharing website, artificial-intelligence training dataset, or public platform.
  • Claim the product or its contents as your own.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, branding, or ownership notices.
  • Turn the product into a competing guide, course, membership, template, workbook, service, or other product.
  • Use the materials to teach, coach, train, or provide services to others unless we’ve given you written permission.

Purchasing one copy doesn’t purchase ownership of the content or permission to redistribute it.

4. Intellectual property

All MotherBoarded materials are owned by or licensed to The Uniquery, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Written content
  • Product names
  • Frameworks
  • Templates
  • Worksheets
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Designs
  • Videos
  • Audio
  • Downloads
  • Website copy
  • Marketing materials

No ownership rights are transferred to you when you purchase or access a product.

5. Payment

You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any taxes or fees displayed before the purchase is completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Etsy, MailerLite, or another provider. Those companies may apply their own terms, privacy policies, processing rules, and security procedures.

We don’t directly store your complete payment-card information.

6. Refunds

All digital-product purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Because access is delivered electronically and may be provided immediately, all sales are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or where we confirm a qualifying duplicate charge.

7. Delivery and access

Digital products may be delivered through:

  • An immediate download page
  • An email
  • A customer account
  • A course or membership portal
  • An external resource link
  • Another delivery method stated on the product page

You’re responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping access to that inbox.

If you don’t receive your purchase, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders before contacting ash@motherboarded.com.

We may replace, update, move, or change the delivery method when reasonably necessary to maintain access or improve the product.

8. Account security

When a product requires an account or login, you’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information confidential
  • Using a secure password
  • Preventing unauthorized access
  • Notifying us if you suspect misuse

You may not share an account or use another customer’s account.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a product, account, or download link has been shared, copied, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

9. Educational information only

MotherBoarded products provide general educational and informational content.

They aren’t individualized:

  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Employment advice
  • Professional business consulting

You’re responsible for evaluating the information and deciding whether it fits your circumstances.

Consult a qualified professional when you need advice specific to your business, taxes, contracts, finances, or legal obligations.

10. No earnings or results guarantee

We don’t guarantee that purchasing, completing, or using a MotherBoarded product will produce:

  • Sales
  • Customers
  • Revenue
  • Profit
  • Audience growth
  • Social-media reach
  • Business success
  • Any particular result

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, pricing, decisions, implementation, consistency, audience, experience, and customer demand.

Examples, illustrations, testimonials, and customer results aren’t promises that you’ll receive the same outcome.

You are responsible for your actions, decisions, implementation, expenses, and results.

11. Testimonials and customer feedback

Testimonials reflect the experiences and opinions of the individual customers who provided them.

Individual results vary.

We won’t intentionally publish private customer feedback as a testimonial without permission.

When you give us permission to use your feedback, you grant MotherBoarded a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit for length or clarity without changing its meaning, publish, and display that feedback in our marketing materials.

12. Third-party tools and links

Our products may mention, recommend, demonstrate, or link to third-party websites, software, platforms, payment providers, templates, or services.

We don’t own or control those third parties and aren’t responsible for:

  • Their pricing
  • Their availability
  • Their policies
  • Their features
  • Their security
  • Their customer service
  • Their technical performance
  • Changes they make after the product is published

You’re responsible for reviewing third-party terms and deciding whether to use them.

A reference to a third-party tool doesn’t guarantee that it will remain available or continue offering the same features.

13. Product updates

We may update, revise, rename, replace, or discontinue a product at any time.

Your purchase includes only the product, access period, updates, and support specifically described on the product page at the time you purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a product doesn’t include:

  • Lifetime updates
  • Lifetime support
  • Future products
  • Private coaching
  • Custom setup
  • Technical services
  • One-on-one review

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or products to:

  • Break any law
  • Infringe another person’s rights
  • Commit fraud
  • Distribute malware
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content
  • Interfere with the website or delivery systems
  • Misrepresent your identity

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website, products, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We don’t guarantee that:

  • Every platform, link, file, or third-party tool will remain continuously available.
  • The website or products will be error-free.
  • Every instruction will apply to every business or situation.
  • Using the product will produce a particular result.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to correct confirmed access or file-delivery problems.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MotherBoarded and The Uniquery, LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website, products, content, third-party tools, or services.

This includes loss of income, profit, customers, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability relating to a claim won’t exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Uniquery, LLC, MotherBoarded, and their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the website or products
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Content or products you create using the information
  • Your business activities or customer relationships

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without a refund when we reasonably believe you have:

  • Shared product access
  • Copied or redistributed protected content
  • Resold the product
  • Violated these Terms
  • Used the website or materials unlawfully
  • Attempted to interfere with our systems

Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute terms will survive termination.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that isn’t required to be handled elsewhere by applicable law will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Electronic agreements generally aren’t denied legal effect solely because they’re presented or accepted electronically under Florida law.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, business practices, platforms, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the website or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

The Terms that applied when you purchased will continue to govern that transaction unless a change is legally required or you agree to updated terms.

21. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision once doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later.

22. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, product description, and any checkout terms presented at purchase, form the agreement between you and MotherBoarded regarding the product.
